Yeah. I heard that PC is still waiting on dedicated servers for Flashpoint.

I was going to build a PC but if most the games aren't going to get dedicated servers soon. I will stick to my Xbox

Most of the games on PC will be dedicated. Just since Activision bought IW, nobody really cares about the PC anymore there.

And OFP has dedi servers, i play on them often.

For those who are picking up MW2; will you be playing the campaign first, or will you go straight to the live action?

I will be changing how I play my new games, for this one I will watch the opening short scenario movie that these games all have, and then it is straight to Xbox live!!

WOW!!! by far the best 1st person shoot 'em up game ive played.love the graphics & the campaign mode rocks.i mean come on freakin flockin chickens in cages? awesome.

Pretty much, I am quite dissappointed with MW2...yeah, it has nice graphics, and has much to offer in the form of gaming options and customization etc. But the references to drugs in the multiplayer, and the terrorist playout in the single player mode ruined it for me.

By drugs, I mean that players get to create banners with sayings and pics on them, and the two I have seen so far, have marijuana leaves on them, with sayings such as "Joint OP" or "Blunt Trauma" Lame in my opinion, but then again, Xbox is full of young kids that idolize pot as indicated by many of the gamertags that they create...I did see one banner that depicted a nude chick...no comment

The terrorist playout has made the news channels, and is getting bad reviews...to Infinity Wards credit, they do have a message in the game, that gives you the choice to play without that part of the mission...I cheated prior to the games release, and viewed some spoiler videos of the terror scene, so I knew it was coming...I voted to omit the terrorist portion of the game.

Other than that, MW2 leaves me waiting for the release of BF Bad Company 2 all the more, hopefully it will be a bit more tasteful...I Know The graphics and game play will be way better!!!

I on the other hand am extremely HAPPY with MW2!!!! Graphics are great!! The story line is good!!! Now the multiplayer is FLIPPIN' SWEET. The new maps are large and having plenty of places to engage in great fire fights. There are also plenty of places to camp and snipe from. The weapons are better than MW and the attachments are nice.

The terrorist mission didn't bother me. After all it is just a game plus it gives you a choice to play or skip it. The game is rated "M" for blood, intense violence, language and drug reference. So the online multiplayer titles were no shock here. IW had their hands full with living up to CoD MW and they have surpassed it with MW2. MW2 has also passed Halo 3 as the most played online game for XBL. Which is no easy task. The only other shooter to ever take the #1 spot was GoW 1 and 2 and that was short lived for only a week or so.

I respect your views on some of the content. If you get past that, This is what I always wanted in COD 4. There are so many selections to personalize your load outs. I am living on Bling Pro so bad. I', all over the M4 with the EO Tech and Shotgun.

just recently got on game, beat campaign last night. I must say im fairly impressed with it all, though the whole open ending thing is kinda annoying lol...they better put out MW3 quick before i lose what little sanity i have left. Also, Krazyc77 on live if anyone wants to play now back to playing so i can get more than an M4

My daughter and son and I have been playing alot of the Co-Op on Vet mode, which is very nice. We are on course to get all 69 stars...on Vet mode, the enemy have superb aim with a shotgun from across the map

As for a CIA op planted in the terroist cell, your character has the opportunity to perform a terrorist act...like I said, it did not bother me and I opted out. But I noticed that the media tried briefly and un-successfully to give the game a bad name because of it.

Has anyone been able to run "The Pit" under 30 seconds? My best is 40.46

In Co-Op, we were able to get it in 34.1 seconds to beat the 35 second mark.

As for big maps...play Bad Company for some truly big maps...the word is HUGE maps!

i have only done it once and that was after try after try. It is not easy and you will not make it unless you do it over and over. I like the one in the snow where you have to be all stealthy . im already a level 32.
