| first make sure your charger and battery connections are wired the same way... i have seen chargers/batteries that were opposite of one another...just make sure red goes to red...black to black then make sure your connector on your gun is the same way.... if all of the above is correct ...your battery may not have charged properly...u can use a voltmeter to test this...a 9.6 3500mah battery should be putting out 10-10.5 volts fully charged if your battery connections are fine and your fuse is not blown and your voltage is fine then you probably have a jam in the gearbox....you can fix this by releasing the anti reversal latch usually.... some gearboxes have a flathead slot on the anti reversal latch for ease of use.... otherwise you will have to take the motor out of the gearbox...inside u should see the pinion gear( gear that contacts the motor) touching this gear is the anti reversal latch....using a dental pick, coathanger, screwdriver pull it away from the gear a little until the gears release. u can easily look up v2 motor adjustment on the internet so u can properly put the motor back into the gearbox if none of this helps let me know and i will send u a rabbits foot and some 4 leaf clovers _________________ Courage is doing what you're afraid to do. | i dont believe it is possible to have too much capacity....mah is capacity that means it will hold its voltage for longer it is possible to have too much voltage....but a 9.6 should be fine on your gun _________________ Courage is doing what you're afraid to do. | if a new battery gets charged backwards and then gets connected to a gun it will blow the fuse usually but without a fuse it will melt the trigger switch _________________ Courage is doing what you're afraid to do. There can be no courage unless you're scared.”

| it would make that sound because th motor is trying to turn backwards, and the anti reversal latch is keeping it from turning. _________________ |

| yeah thats fine edit: josh we got it fixed. it was the connection for some reason, i guess it wasn't letting enough power go to the motor. _________________ |
