Agreed, I don't care if we are outnumbered.
Bring on the challenge.

Just say no to auto-balancing. One of the most enjoyable games Ive played with SCA had us outnumbered by a grand number. And we still came out on top. If the teams are unbalanced and there are more of them then there are of us then thats great. As Matt said, the more targets the better.

I agree with them madrule. I mean you're hosting the game so its your call. But if my opinion matters I vote to leave the teams and not auto-balancing them. Its all about having fun. And this will definitely be fun.

PostSubject: THIS JUST IN FROM THE WAR.....   Mon Nov 02, 2009 9:30 am

Attention Everyone,

This newsreel from the escalating fighting between
Ariana and Corona in the war-torn country of
Cordova was just smuggled out of the region and
is now being shown by the media.

Both governments of Ariana and Corona accuse
the other provoking the fighting with strikes at their
territorial sovereignty. You be the judge.

Respectfully,

PostSubject: LIPO SUX SHUN!   Mon Nov 02, 2009 11:51 pm

Everytime I hear the word LIPO in reference to batteries,
I think of that great LIPO Debate last year on the old forum,
especially one individual who was rather outspoken on
the virtues of LIPOs, 8mm bearings, this part or that part,
and how other people's choice of gun "sucks". I either
smile or laugh when I hear LIPO now.

Some things endure. Other things we just endure.

Respectfully,
Esquire

Lol, nice video.

And I remember those threads esquire, and I agree. Although I did use LIPOs and I'd say I used them successfully, it does make me laugh a little inside.

I'll add this... SCREW BATTERIES!!! HAHAHA! HAHA!

No offense, just a joke.

PostSubject: Dawn   Tue Nov 03, 2009 3:51 am

Civil dawn is that time at which there is enough light for objects to be distinguishable and that
outdoor activities can commence, formally defined as the time at which the sun is 6 degrees
below the horizon in the morning. In the case here, Civil Dawn (Begin Civil Twilight)
is 5:46 a.m on Saturday morning.

Respectfully,
Esquire

PostSubject: Channels?   Tue Nov 03, 2009 8:56 am

Hey guys,

Just a quick reminder. If you have FRS radios, please bring them.

I am programming my walkie-talkie before the game. Can you tell me all of the
Frequencies/FRS Channels you are planning to use? I can program 16
channels in my radio but FRS only uses 14 channels total.

Here is the GMRS/FRS frequency list for future information and for those who
want to use handheld scanners with their better receivers and antennas to
monitor FRS channels at games. Technically, you need a GMRS license for
channels 15 thru 22 since they are strictly GMRS but it's never enforced unless
you interfere with another licensed user who complains to the FCC.

If you are going to limit all of the channels usage for gameplay to the FRS
or GMRS/FRS channels (1 thru 14), I got it covered.
