I am looking at them because I'm sick of my pistol jamming or releasing to much gas and basically killing the slide.
(Sounds weird but it SUCKS)

Anyway.
I knew the 5.1 had good gas economy.
But I was looking at the 3.8 and its practically the same thing just smaller.
And I kinda like that smaller more compact feel to those.
I just wanna know if the 3.8 would be a good buy considering
at most places its the same price as the 5.1

The 3.8 is a WE hicapa with a 15rnd mag. I would go with... But TM did come out with a silver 5.1 (not the silver R version) and did you forget about the KSC SIG 226?

What about the WE's?

I don't want to sound like a snob but I didn't like the comparative model to the TM 5.1. The mags suck and the performance just wasn't there. Once you stop worry about full metal the choice is clear.

Don't skimp on a gbb pistol. If you think you want a nice one, like a TM or a WA, then go for it (I'd personally suggest a WA, but they are pricey). Most clones like WE and KJW guns will break, eventually. They are usually easy to fix, but they will break again and don't quite perform on the same level as nicer guns.
