I finally finished (or almost) my MP5. It's an Echo 1, with some internals and externals added. Thanks Mateba and Blue for all the help and showing me how to work on aegs, by the way. It's shooting at 320fps, 20rps. I'm using a 7.4v lipo, which should really put my rof up to at least 25rps, but the E1 motor won't let me pass 20rps. As soon as the motor dies, I'll upgrade and go for 15-30rps hopefully. Externally I put a G&P aimpoint, E1 battery box/peq (which I got for free because it was broke, I just had to fix it). Internally it has a swiss-cheese piston, m100 spring, systema regular torque gears, SW-Computer mosfet, and soon to be put in wolf-dragon pcb. That's about all I can remember, so here's a picture of it.

| Your welcome Woosh, my pleasure to help. He actually uses all the mags too. The nice thing about them is that they hold just as much as a M4 midcap but he can squeeze three into each M4 mag pouch. 4 mag pouches is standard SF loadout for many countries. This allows 12 mags in a simple chest rig. He also has Prometheus shims and uses Dean's connectors which can be seen in the photo. I believe we ported his piston head too. mateba

Friday I put an EG hyper 1000 in it and got to at least 25rps. So far abut 800 rounds put through it. Mateba, V2 kicks V3 butt all day... lol.

At the moment I have an ICS Turbo 2000 in it. Sounds WAY healthier than the EG1000, but slightly slower.

Yah it does. I think it is a better idea to use a shorty M4 for a high speed gun, because you can get around 150rnd mags. The largest MP5 mags I've found are 100rnds, and some of those are way too expensive.

here is what you need [img] [/img] RWC Auto-Winding Drum Magazine for MP5 Series Rechargeable auto-winding 3000rd C-MAG magazine for the MP5 series is powered by rechargeable internal 4.8v battery. Providing a stable feed of BBs, the fully charged internal battery can drive well over 10000rd BBs. Fits all models of the MP5 series AEG from Tokyo Marui, ICS, Classic Army - A series, SD series, K and PDW. but this is a setback --------$208.00

But that's no fun, changing mags is half what makes airsoft fun. I'd just like some bigger mids, that's all.
